How do you check your AFR AFR

hi

i have a evo 7, i wont to check my air fuel ratio, but dont have a wideband. do i need one. i have a power fc with hand con. most car have a o2 senser whats the diffrence.

Stock O2 sensor is narrowband (only tells you if it is above or below stoich). Aftermarket wide and sensors tell the AFR more accurately.

thanks explains all. with my tune the o2 sensor is off. can and will the o2 sensor fit in the standed dump pipe

Yes, you can put a WBO2 in the stock bung, but its recommended to run it further away from the turbo, but not more than 36", and before any catalytic convertor.

O2 sensor only says if you're Rich or Lean not how much.
