Engine Clunk Noise

I'll try and make it quick, I had a weird clunk feeling/noise in the clutch and break pedal that would happen every so often, not knowing what it is, I continue to daily drive the car. Recently, the clunk has become present every time I get in the car and try and drive somewhere, any sort of tiny bump I hit or if Im backing out of the driveway it happens. Could it be motor mount issue? Or maybe could it be the coilovers I have, HKS Hipermax II, or maybe a CV boot issue. I know that my driver side CV boot is torn but that wouldn't cause the clunking noise would it? I'm getting under the car tomorrow to inspect but is there anything I should focus my search on? As always thanks for the responses!

Clunk noises are usually bad struts. Sometimes having a bad throw out bearing makes clunks when releasing the clutch pedal.

Also in struts. I usually notice the clunks at low speeds and not high speeds.

The CV boot will usually make "clicking" noises not clunking noises. My guess is it could be the exhaust banging on the tie bars underneath. Do you have the upgraded front motor mount?

Yea i have a new front mount, its a built 2.4 so ill check the struts and look to see if downpipe is hitting anything. If it were the struts would i feel it through the brake and clutch pedal?

What I suggest doing. Is finding those manholes in town that are dropped in the road like an inch. And when you drive over them lets saying doing 20MPH you should hear it when you do one side but not the other. (sides meaning left sets of wheels or right set of wheels). If it does then it's prolly a bad strut. If it does both I doubt it. But you never know. Could have bad struts on both sides. But the banging could just be making something hit each other.
