Just about ready for winter!

BRING ON THE SNOW!! Just have to figure out an undertray solution still.. but did the following today:

- Oil change (switched to AMSOIL 10w40 and NAPA GOLD Filter)
- Swapped out wheels\tires
- Wash (ONR FTW)
- Clay bar
- Klasse AIO paint sealant (this **** is amazing)
- Megs Ultimate Poly Wax

BLING BLANG!

Of course my big helper was involved in every process.

Absolutely love Optimum No Rinse. Great for cleaning all of the door sills before washing the car. Looking forward to trying it out in a heated garage this winter.

Very nice. If I could make one suggestion, you may want to top KAIO with a more durable product for the winter. Collinite 426 and 915, and Finish Kare 1000P are perfect for this, as is Klasse's own Sealant Glaze (KSG), but it's a real PITA to use. I usually suggest Duragloss 105 as an easy to work with durable LSP, but in your case it would remove the KAIO so quickly after application. Stop by the detailing forum.

We had our first snow fall today. Just a dusting, but enough to convince me to start thinking winter mode.

Tell me more about this Optimum No Rinse and the paint sealant? Does it make it easier wash the car off in winter? I usually wash my car 3x as much during winter as summer.

...and the paint sealant?
The OP is using Klasse AIO = all in one. It's a chemical cleaner and sealant in one bottle. The cleaning element is excellent, one of the best. As a sealant, in terms of durability, it's average.

Does it make it easier wash the car off in winter?
Yes.

^- Wow, thanks for the elaborate explanations.

Generally speaking these are safe products to use on a regular basis with cars throughout the winter? Does anyone have any experience with cleaners or sprays for under our cars to prevent rust from salty winters?
