Not too much info out there on TME E9 turbo.
Landed one recently and I want to know what I can expect with the FP compressor cover and on an E9 TME Turbo ported.
From what will I see more gains from porting or compressor cover?

When you say TME do you mean the TD05HRA with the faster spooling titanium-aluminide turbine wheel? I don't think that any USDM evos came out with it.
If you are, I'm not sure about the gains you could get but I have read that the turbine wheel is more fragile than the TD05HR one and prone to failing with increased boost.
