my stock rims im keeping i have drag radials on them i need rims and tires for daily driving if someone knows another brand of rims for about 100 and under im willing to look into them

Personally I would save up a bit and buy a quality set of wheels. Do you really want to put cheap wheels on an EVO? A set of stock OEM BBS or Enkei wheels can be had to a reasonable price and they will outlast/perform any no name brand, not to mention look better as well.

if your gonna go cheap, then look at rota's or XXR's they are at least good looking and muh higher quality then the ones you listed.

Which xxr fit evos because when I look I can't find any I just want stock 17 5 x 114.3 and off set between 30 to 40

you answered your own question...buy another set of OEM enkei's, maybe powdercoat them. your car looks clean thus far, please keep it that way.

Save your money. No point on spending money on cheap rims. I'm sure you could get a pair of used rota's in good condition for cheap on here or on other forums...
