fixed most of the problems but one lingers!

okay guys i had posted last week about erratic idle, car running cold etc. I got a new Mitsubishi thermostat and cures the cold issue, and also cured the pig rich idle because of the open thermostat. I still have one issue at idle. When i let the car idle and don't do anything it idles fine at around 850-900 but when i say turn on the headlights, the car instantly drops to about 500 rpm and almost stalls on the spot. the battery gauge is right at 14v but when i cut the lights on it dips to 12v until pickly back up to normal idle. However, if it doesn't stall it will pick up in like two seconds and all is well again. But any load, even the radiator fan, bogs the car like this.

Ive did a vacuum leak test without a peep from anywhere. No cel, i just deleted the EGR (yes it was doing this before hand).Ive read some similar issues but they seemed clutch related or most of the Op's thought so but this doesn't vary with the clutch. I was thinking it was maybe the IAC getting lazy? I tested it with a multimeter and got the ohms to be within factory spec. the only thing left would be the mechanical aspect of it. I pulled it off the car leaving it plugged in and turned the key on, the IAC makes a distinct vibration and then goes away, i don't see any movement of the "teeth" or anything and i only notice the abrupt vibration in the unit. Thoughts??

It might take a day or so of driving for the computer to relearn the idle.
