Hellos guys!

I have a new question for you..

I read the spec card of kelford cams 272 for Evo 8 (8-TX272) and the suggested this:

Suggested Centre Lines: Intake: 107 ATDC Exhaust: 113 BTDC

What that means???? And how can I do to get that centre lines that they suggest????


Do I need an adjustable cam gear for my cams???

i just installed my kelfords on a stock block revving to 7.5k with no problems

 

Stock cam pulleys??? yeah.. I reving mine to 8,000rpm and no problem, but I don´t get the power that I want!!! My car is around 400 whp... My mods are in my sign!!!

 

I am on stock cam gears. Supertech titanium springs and retainers and Kelford 272's....58 trim turbo (30R equivalent) stock bottom end. Revving to 8500rpm and sometimes 9k! 29psi on Q16 i ran a 7.3 @ the 1/8th mile track. Just to give you an idea. Oh i didn't do anything special with my cam gears. Hope this helps u

 

Before with sotck motor and stock evo 9 turbo I ran 8.007 in 1/8 mile and 12-3 to 114.8 mph in 1/4 mile (1.9 60ft sucks)... Right now I have 100 whp more, so I think 1/4 times will matter right??
