ok here is the story i was at a light ,., it turned green i went.. i pushed it a lil den hear a pop noise i thought the cuplink came off but the car was still going... so kept driving and all 3 of my ACD lights turn on.... in first gear i have to give it alot of gas to pull out and in reverse also but in reverse it gets bad cuz the car actually shuts off on me... den while driving and excelerating lightly i hear a screehing whining noise... any ideas people... please helpp

Is the car throwing a CEL (Check Engine Light)? If so, you'll want to pull the code with an OBD scanner.

 

from my understanding when all of the 3 ACD lights turn on and stay on, while the screaming whining noise is present means the TransferCase is going bad or it's already bad. It could still be salvable check the fluid level on the TC, then change it with new one and check the old one for metal particles.

 

Did you check to see if your intercooler pipes didn't pop off?.

 

I think you are right about the "cuplink". The ADC lights all being on isn't good but is probably not related to the drive ability problem of the car. The noise may be air escaping.

 

i checked the cuplinks there all good.... no check engine.. acd lights still on.. mostly in reverse the car tends to shut off on me :/

havent drove it since... bad part is the dealer is 45 minz away :/

 

If you're out of warranty, then don't take it to a dealership. Find a shop in your area that knows Evos and has a good rep.

 

around my area not really any shops and car is still under warrenty im just scared to drive it all the way out there

 

If you have AAA full coverage then get it towed
