JMF O2 Dump + FP 25psi WGA == Wierd Boost Profile

So I have been running this setup for a few weeks now. I have been fighting the WGA to get a nice boost profile. I have tried MBC, and EBC to get things dialed in. I am see the exact same boost profile on both boost controllers. However with the EBC, I can clean it up and get a good pull every once an a while. Now as the weather conditions change as does my boost even though I have dialed in the boost error feedback. However sometimes the car will have a feedback number of like -10, and then the next pull it will need -20. This thing is driving me crazy.

Has anyone else see this on a Stock Evo 9 Turbo with the FP Anit Surge Cover and the FP 25psi WGA and JMF O2 Dump?

Next weekend I will do a full boost leak test, and then I will also switch back to the stock WGA and see what happens.

Also I have adjusted the WGA Preload according to the video that FP has. I have tried every turning the WGA in half turn increments to get better boost profiles with no luck.

Here is the Data log.

You can see my boost goes from 28psi to 26psi to 30psi to 26psi to 27psi.
