help car is having hiccups/bogging

i need s0me help/inputs
heres the story:

after had a dyno/tune last night car made 506/440 on e85 at 31psi
then we lowered the boost down to about 25 psi it made 440/390ish.
then call it a night, i drove it down the streets and had couple 2nd -3rd gear pulls
at the 25psi we left at. it feels strong and afr's were perfect(11.5-11.7)..

then when i drove back home this morning during normal freeway cruise it drives likes stock but when i tried to do WOT at 4th gear it bogged down or the car seems to hit the rev limiter at around 20psi, then i tried 2nd-3rd gear pulls same thing happened...

oil pressure is fine, all lines are intact.... so when i asked the tuner he told me that its sounded like a misfire......

what possibly caused it?....any ideas??

thanks

spark plugs maybe there not good or gap is no good. Did you get a SES light ? Check your couplers also or a hose.

Definitely check your plugs it sounds like something that's spark related

When did you last replace them/what kind are they?

Wait so you tune your car with 1 month old spark plugs ?
I say take them out man if that's what you did. You left them in
and did pulls that might be the issue you need new plugs you
sure 0.20 is the right gap ? Mine are at 0.24.

cand ju descibe the bogg feeling , is it like a miss fire , when the car hits boost ?

I can be a missfire when your drive , dont understand that you did not put brand new sparkplugs in berfore start tuning , thats cheap man , you always put new plugs in , never forget that , ever !

If you have a hose ore someting that come of or burst , you will feel it diffrent , from missfire ,

when missfire the car goes like ,, brrree bree breee ,, and if there a leak , you will se it on your boost gauage start dropping and dont wanna go to that boost , as it shuld ,,, and sound like ,, böö bööö böö when boggs ,

Alsow your tuner will be abale to thee ju this what the fault is when the car is in the dyno , dyno sheep will review and the loogs ,

The only time that I have ever experienced a problem like that is when my air filter was somehow extremely clogged. It would get to a certain rpm then just flatline. So maybe you can try either recharging your filter or getting a new one. But, for some reason I just don't feel like thats the fix to the failure mode that you are describing. But, it cannot hurt to recharge your air filter. I would, however, remove your spark plugs and see how they look.
