Thanx for the time to read my thread here. I am wondering if any in the last two weeks or so has a problem reaching or dealing with VR Speed Factory at all?
I ordered a IX bov from them coming up on two weeks ago and have not received a tracking # or received my part yet.
Needless to say My concern is starting to build. I have emailed the numerous times and have heard nothing.

If anyone can help pleaze let me know.

Funny thats what I was going to do next through them, if all things went smoothly here. Thanx tho. I just hate slow response and shipping time. But who knows it was a holiday week last week.

I had the same issues when i was purchasing rotors for my car from vr-speed. took them about 4- 5 weeks, 6 emails, 3 aim conversations and numerous excuses. I ended up getting the parts as described and a refund for the shipping. I would just recommend to keep following up and/ or cancel your order if you can find it some where else cheaper.

 

i got immediate response from them ? idk lol there prices are not too bad either if you pm them through here

Tom isnt with VRSF anymore... but Tiago is usually pretty quick to respond. It's 100x easier to get a hold of Tiago than it is Tom lol... Tom's busier than the president on the 4th of July

yea ive been waiting on a pm back for over a week as well. he even posted in his thread that his buschur rear undertray would be mine. Ive sent him multiple pms asking what his paypal info was so i could send the payment but no response. not bashing at all, as times i have dealt with him before i got quick responses and all my questions answered in detail. Im just wondering if he still has it and if im still the buyer. Guess ill just keep waiting.
