Decided I wanted one around 25 when they came out, finished school, moved around for a few years, got married got a house. kid on the way and just now went and got one a few weeks ago at 34. For the same reason as an earlier poster, it has 4 doors. Probably woulda got one about 4 years ago but I was too busy with my Mazda project to entertain the idea of two project cars.

31. I have had tsi's, gsx's, vr4's but finally moved up to the evo.

 

Was the VIII and IX not sold in limited quantities in the US? We here in SA only got 50 Evo VIII's and 50 Evo IX's. I'm fortunate to have one of those IX's.

I bought my first evo in 2005 at the of 25. Present to myself for a big promotion at work. Sold that in 2010 and always regretted it. Bought my second evo in 2011 but only kept it for 6 months. Just last week picked up my third evo at the ripe age of 32 haha.
