Besides Voltex themselves I would only trust Rexpeed for both fitment and customer service if something is wrong.

Honestly no one else thats reputable that makes a Voltex replica that I'm aware of.

Togue factory seems to make quite a bit of voltex replica stuff not sure about fitment or quality.

Vis also makes a replica kit as well or it might actually be voltex. I just remember seeing it on the site and it was pretty expensive.

Even the Rexpeed one is kinda pricey once you pay for shipping. I thin its onlr 300ish less then the real deal (which kinda makes you think why not just get the real thing......but I can't say anything I have damn near Rexpeed's whole catalogue

I bought mine off of ebay and the fitment is pretty on point LOL. Ran into some problems with shipment (small noticeable crack) but they fixed it with no problems. For the price I can't complain.
