does it crank? If it does then i would get starter fluid, spray a little in the intake, and then attempt to start it. If it starts and runs for a little then something along the fuel system is shot.

I can't see it being anything to do with fuel. Thing is, I had the car running, and when I started splicing ECU wires, it went bad. I do have a GPS tracker which is hard wired to the ECU. Maybe that is grumpy. I did splice the wrong wires (in to 2 sensors) but I have checked both sensors and they are fine. Maybe the ECU is buggered, but I don't want to buy a new ECU and find that it wasn't the problem...

Still no voltage on the ignition pin on the ECU...

A druken driver smashed into my evo, not totaled but now working with insurances and body shops... this is not what i wanted to end my 2011. Positive note, i wasn't in the car while this peep hit my car.
