which oils should be changed when getting a full service my evo diff, ayc etc??

Engine, Tcase , rear diff and tranny.

I would also change power streering to keep the seals conditionned

Thanks, do you think that i should buy and supply the oils to the service garage myself or would it be better for them to use their oils??

I would first ask them what oil they use. If you don't like their brand, then supply it.
