Help please.

Here is a video of a noise that is coming from somewhere in my drive train and i need help figuring out what it might be. We tried do duplicate the noise on the rack but it wont make noise without a load on the system. It is much more pronounced under deceleration in gear than when accelerating. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

Sounds like the transfercase to me. Maybe others can chime in. Did you try changing the fluids out first and see if the noise changes?

The output shaft seal failed so the fluid was changed when that was replaced.

throw out bearing is brand new, less than 1k miles on it, not saying it couldn't be but there is a noise when the car is moving in neutral.

If it was leaking its possible that you ran low on fluid and damged the t-case. Def not the throw out bearing. If the throw out bearing was bad it would make noise while the car is standing still with the engine on, and the noise would dissapear when pushing the clutch pedal in.
