So someone tried stealing my evo and failed, the ing switch is marred up and stuff but still works, just dosnt start, do I need to go to the dealer for a new ign switch? And if so I have a spare, how do I remove it to swap?

 

Most likely the pick up for the transponder is broken. Replace both.
