retune???

Installing a new intake manifold and 68mm throttle body.....will i need to retune afterwards???

Anything that changes the flow of air or fuel in (or out) of your motor requires a retune

You should be fine to drive but I would limp it straight to the tuner, changing manifolds and TB affect the flow path of the air and how much air will be coming in. If you have a wideband, watch it closely. Otherwise limp it to get the retune done.
