Small shifting issue
Having a issue shifting at high RPM's from 2nd to 3rd and some times 3rd to 4th under heavy load. So whats the best fix with out braking the bank. bushings, torque damper, motor mounts, etc?

Yes. It will not allow you to enter the gear or grinds a little bit. Its not all the time and only seems to happen under heavy load.
