Evo on the Dry Lake Bed Drifting with Aerial Video
looks like a great time Paul. I have seen videos like that before with heli rc's. Was thinking about doing that...but would definitely crash and burn that sucker. I have been thinking about custom extending and blocking off my jdm rear. Looks like a fun project for the spring time with others. I assume that all that material is aluminum?
The rear was not to bad to make, Its made out of the alumalite which is used for signs and whatnot. Keeps the weight and cost down. I made a templet so I could replicate these if someone wanted one.
What an awesome vid ! Alan, I've seen your name before and watched vids on you tube. Last year, a friend of a friend showed me a T-Rex 600E.. I had to get one.. I was always into RC, mostly 1/8 scale gas buggy. I got me a 600 all decked out with the best of everything.. Soooo hard to fly ! It's not easy.. And it's such an adrenaline rush it's not even funny..
