^^^ your car isnt getting any spark. you need to get brand new plugs and use your friends coils and your prob should go away. and now you can put back the stock spark plug cover so it wont happen again.

I had the stock cover on during it all. Replaced the plugs, oil and filter and no luck, my buddy couldnt make it tonight to test out that theory, hopefully tomorrow I will test the coils and figure out if that is the problem.

If you replaced the plugs oil and filter then you need to pull your head off if the new coil packs don't work. But it doesn't make sense at all, i made a huge mistake and hired someone to wash the engine bay of my lancer oz, and the car didn't crank at all in the morning, a oil change and different plugs fixed it all.

Thanks dude, I think its the coil pack. I also think the water got in there because it was sitting in the sparkplug, and i took the plug out and it dripped down.. I THINK. I mean its the only logical explanation.

Yeah I'm leaning towards the coilpack being the issue, I'll hopefully know better tomorrow, I really hope it fixes it, Pulling the head does not sound fun at this moment in time Too much going on. I'll swap the coilpacks and let it dry over night and try again. good thing I bought out Advanced auto of their NGK BPR8ES plugs ^_^

try charging the car's battery while you're at it.

Did that as well. Have a duralast portable jumper, tried starting it with that on as well :/ No luck.
