Water in cylinder 1 issue... Need advice
^^^ your car isnt getting any spark. you need to get brand new plugs and use your friends coils and your prob should go away. and now you can put back the stock spark plug cover so it wont happen again.
If you replaced the plugs oil and filter then you need to pull your head off if the new coil packs don't work. But it doesn't make sense at all, i made a huge mistake and hired someone to wash the engine bay of my lancer oz, and the car didn't crank at all in the morning, a oil change and different plugs fixed it all.

Too much going on. I'll swap the coilpacks and let it dry over night and try again. good thing I bought out Advanced auto of their NGK BPR8ES plugs ^_^
