I bought a ported TB for my ported intake manifold, installed it, and now at partial throttle it whistles. When it's WOT or when it's closed, it makes no noise. Only at partial throttle will it whistle and it's getting kind of annoying. My questions:

1) Is this normal?
2) When I install the ported exhaust manifold, will this noise diminish/disappear?

Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
