spark plugs

Hey guys just a quick question. I am about to do my spark plugs but how do I know if I need bpr7es or pbr8es? And what should they be gapped to?
Current mods.
perrin intake
mbc
injen licp
kelford 272
Supertech dual s&r
map headstuds
tuned for 27-28 lbs of boost?

The boost Is going to get tuned down to about 25lbs soon

I just went from bpr8es to br8eix and the car feels so much better I gapped them at .022

What I want to know is why do you have to have some kind of crazy socket wrench to get to the damn things in the first place.... sheesh.

Thats what I said when I first opened up the cover
Glad to know someone besides me said it
I was surprised as to how deep it was

As for gaping, I just used the specs from the owners manual
