Okay as you well know im repairing and almost finished rebuilding my car to almost perfect form. The issues I have now are still cold air blowing in the car when I have the heat on full blast in the hot position what gives? Coolant is at the top when the car is off so its not low I just checked.

The next issue would be my cigarette lighter plug wont work not that I smoke but I prefer to have my cellphone charge when I need it where should I start becuase both plugs are plugged in and its not like the panel is marked for the cigarette lighter on the fusebox on mine need some insight.
