To me it sounds like lifter tick. Have aftermarket cams been installed in the car?

Yeah they are Brian Crower 272s but everything was "tuned" buy Buscher racing
http://www.briancrower.com/view.php?pn=BC0111

and the car also has a Wally 255 fuel pump, a turbo back 3 inch from Buscher and that tune and an intake

Tuning doesn't get rid of lifter tick. Solution is to pull the lifters and re-bleed them.

Here is what you need, to solve your problem. They are great when using a cam, with aggressive lift.

A lot of the time, from what i've noticed, bleeding the lifters will work for about 20 seconds and start back up again. The sure way to get rid of the noise is the GSC Zero ticket lifters as stated above.

Although how I got rid of my lifter noise was to destroy the clutch, park the car for a month and install a new clutch. Some how that worked

What rpm are you idling at? That sounds pretty fast to be lifter tick. Sounds more like when somethings stuck on the back side of a house fan.

Do you run Bosch ev14 injectors? Idle sounds damn high though if that is idle in the vid.

Pull the valve cover and inspect... sounds like a buddy of mines when he had a bad cam blank flake off on him...

It is stock injectors and springs and the idle is set to 1k but it seems to idle on it's own at 1.2k and I'm ordering a some gaskets now so I can take it apart and take a look but the tick is for sure coming from the back side of the motor (injector side) and it's pretty loud but it only happens at idle, not at 800 rpms nor 1.5k lol

Edit: it was no where near as bad when I picked up the car and after about 700 miles on the engine it started and it gets better at times, that video is when it sounded the worst.

PU one of these at an auto parts store, then place the end on each injector. I'd be surprised if it's anything but an injector. If it is, you can try injector cleaner, but maybe time for an upgrade.
