Is this Repairable?

Well I was on the way to the mechanic the other day to get my new clutch installed, and my dad was following me so he could take me home after. Well...
he ran into the back of me and done this:

Do you think it's repairable? And how much would you reckon it would cost to fix?
And as for the silver bits in the pictures, I was able to polish that off.

Anything is repairable.

It may be better to just snag a lancer trunk from a breakers yard though?

a trunk will probably cost you around a couple hundred. when i need a part i usually check ebay to see what the going rate is for a certain part is sometimes you might get lucky and find someone close and be able to pick it up to save on shipping. the problem i sometimes have when looking for a body part is finding one with my color becuse painting it could cost more than the part itself. check your local scrapyards or japanese parts places. good luck with the repair

Found a carbon fiber trunk on ebay for under $500 and I can pick it up as it's in my location. I'll check how much it would be to repair the current trunk first, if it's more than $500 I'll get carbon I guess.

It looks repairable. Look for a used one as stated earlier. But if you're going to buy a CF trunk, get maybe a Do-Luck replica or actual Do-luck trunk
Good luck dude.

i paid for my lancer trunk like 150... just gotta get it painted, the one i got was pretty flawless too.

honestly to me you have like 3 options, repair, replace with a lancer trunk, or get a cf trunk. all depends how much you want to spend.
