How to covert to SD from MAF?

Hi,
I have a evo9 with quite a few upgrades and planning to upgrade to SD. I dont want to use MAF My car is running stock ecu tuned on ecuflash.

Can anyone please guide me on what shall i purchase to migrate to SD? I know i need AIT and MAP sensor but what else?
Perhaps detailed answer would help

AIT, 3 port, new intake for maf delete, tune.

You dont even need a IAT anymore if your tuner goes off of fuel temp. all you really need a is omni 4 bar MAP and tune to convert.

but how do we covert to SD? do we need to change ECU or is it possible with stock ecu as well? what software shall be used?
Can i use ECU flash to do this conversion? is there any DIY on this conversion and quick tune?

I know how to do it with DSMs. I've done it using ECMTUNING, IAT and 4bar but i'm not sure with evo
