Removing Lancer backing in Gauge Cluster

I do not like that the Evo 9's have the Lancer emblem in the gauge cluster instead of Evolution. I see Rexspeed sells the Evolution backing so i do i go about removing the old Lancer backing in the gauge cluster? I don't want to screw anything up trying to replace it. Has anyone done this at all yet that could give me some advice on how to do this?http://www.rexpeed.net/2012/en/produ...php?serial=213

Start taking things apart. Our dash is a puzzle, remove it layer by layer.

Once you unplug the cluster, you'll see the top clear plastic snaps off and that's it. Couldn't be easier to do.

if your going to do all that work you might as well look at this thread and do this instead. seriously its not that much harder to do then what your asking and its the perfect location for a wideband or boost gauge.
