I'd say pretty damn close. Techically on a non-flashed ECU, the rev limiter is 7500rpm, I believe. Flash it and take it to 7800rpm or higher, and yea, I could see you hitting that.
Ya that shouldnt be to hard to do with a reflash. I know I hit atleast 165 once already , revs where around 7200-7300 cant remember . Had to slow down pretty quick .

actually you don't need that much speed even you are a street racer ,you don't have chances to go over 130 anyway . i mean you can't usually go over 130 . and it's very danger !!! don't drive too fast
