Yea, they all work the same, until they're actually tested.

wait. If you're staying stock turbo, no point of upgrading IC. It just adds 30 lbs of weight. Stock intercooler is sufficient for stock turbo.

depends on your end goal op, who cares what mods he has now? his end goal determines if he should by an intercooler, and if so what size thickness he should buy? if hes staying under 400 hp, a 3" should be sufficient, if over 400-600 hp a 3.5 " would be sufficient anything over 600 hp he should look into a 4".
As far as brands more or less just about any 3.5" would work. Personally I had a 3" xs engineering it was good for what it was, but I wanted thicker so I went ets 3.5" but one thing to look at when buying an intercooler, is the quality of the work to put it together, that was one thing I noticed between the two intercoolers, was the quality of the welds put together for the intercooler. If the weld looks ****ty and doesnt look beaded, then sooner or later its gonna leak air.
Buy quality the first time that way your not buying it a second time.

if he's staying stock turbo there are other mods he can do that will create more power than the IC

My goal is about 400 awhp.
So, according to previous posts, I guess 3.5" ETS would work fine for me

I would rather rock a stock IC than a Ebay one... The buschur comparision shows it black and white...

ETS has the best fitting 3.8 Garrett core fmic I have ever seen. Retains factory crash beam and is an excellent product.

i run a ebay 3'' intercooler and made 596hp.... what you got with your core that cost 10 times more? if 39psi spikes havent "tested" it... then we are all screwed.

i got a question? y has noone mentioned the AGP 3.5in IC, i got one for 550$ shipped(mainly becuz AGP was so good for the previous SRT4 i had) but there a very reputable company and the fitment was amazing, i think spending over 600$ for a 3.5 in is absolutely stupid, esp when money could b put into other mods that would have more significant gains i.e. injectors and fuel and sum e85

Good numbers, but you'd surely pass the 610whp bar with a quality intercooler.
