You should get a whole new evo! Who knows what kind of abuse it took from whoever stole it plus the wrong/low fluid in tranny! Can you say lawsuit?

report it to the Better Business Bureau. then hire one of your friends to not shower for a week, roll around in some garbage, then send him to Brads to sit in some new cars. Hell if you pay someone enough maybe they'll **** their pants during a test drive.

Did you ever find out for sure if it was in fact an employee who jacked your keys from the drop box?

Its plainly obvious from your previous posts that it was an inside job.

do this

then get them to cut you a check for a new tranny plus labor and tell them you are done with them and take the money.

File with the BBB
Call MMNA and file a complaint
Call JD power and frankly any one else that you can use to bad mouth them.

I used to sell cars and one time the rover dealership next door misstreated a customer so badly when he had issues that he took his car parked it accross the street with shoe polish writing that said...

these bastards sold me a 60K lemon and wont fix it!

that was genious.

dude for those who know me here, they know that I had my car stolen as well, it wasn't the same situation but it was not taken properly. everyone here is giving great advice. All i really got to say is do what you have to do, and get the word out for future evo owners what goes on at that dealer. good luck
