E85 setup trying to choose manifolds tb and o2

Hey guys I have stock 8 10.5 car on e85 making 415/420 vd. It's still stock intake/exhaust manifolds, stock o2 housing, and stock tb. I was looking to upgrade these to get a little more efficiency out of the stock turbo and get a little more whp. I don't want to pay an arm and a leg and I have read up a bit. I was thinking of : Megan ceramic coated o2, ported stock intake mani, map short runner exhaust mani, and a milspec tb. Do these seem like okay choices to combine? I don't really see a big turbo or motor in the near future and want to get some more out of the stocker if possible without breaking the bank but also don't want a cracked mani or housing.

I've also read the intake Mani is a pita so I wouldn't mind leaving it be if it isn't gonna help much.

And one more thing I forgot. What size throttle body would be best? I've seen alot of brands and slightly different sizes. Would the milspec 65mm be okay for my setup? Or would a larger one (boomba) be a better choice? Thanks for any replies guys.

You won't see much of a gain at that power level with intake and tb. The MAP shortrunner is a solid manifold. I would say shortrunner with MAP's o2 dump will get the job done.

Yeah I figured the intake mani was prolly okay. But I only pondered the throttle body to throw out the idea of leaky seals. I know you can buy their seals but it just seemed like an okay idea. I'm not sure how I feel about an o2 dump I don't know much about them. Thanks for the input. I just want to get all I can put of the little turbo lol.

Well if you went with a bigger tb you would need to open up the intake to match the size of the tb. Shaft seals are very easy and I can almost guarantee yours are leaking.

So...exhaust manifold, o2 dump or recirc housing, and shaft seals are my suggestion. You will gain quite a bit of power just from the seals. Are you still on a MAF?

Yeah the car is a DD that's why I am so particular about the dump idea. I figured they would be but the car is spiking 30 psi and tapering to about 23-24. I know it can leak still but it can't be much as that turbo isn't gonna do a whole lot more than that anyways. Yeah shaft seals, o2 housing/dump and map mani sounds awesome. I am just wanting to bump the efficiently be hold another psi or 2 up top and get some more speed in the 1/4!

Also the way I understand it is the long runner manifold is low end torque and for typically bigger turbo and short runner is better for smaller turbos and high rpm horsepower?

couldnt he just do something cheap like the INVIDIA, or even AGENCY POWER ex manifolds, and match the exhaust with it.

and honestly man you can always put a 30$ muffler on a straight dump, if yo want the power and if your REALLY run 10.5s id say go for it.

no no no 10.5 sec car lol 10.5 hotside turbo. I have talked it over with some guys and researched it up a bit and decided basically im not gonna gain much of anything for the work and money on the intake or exhaust manifold. From what ive been told and read i dont think my turbo will push either past the point of being efficient. Also like flymx71 said no point in a TB if the intake doesn't match it.
So i think i am gonna invest in some mil.spec tb shaft seals and a MAP o2 dump.

Im open for other parts as well im just trying to get as much out of it as possible while keeping stock block and turbo. But i don't want to spend a great deal of cash on something that isn't going to yield much. $500-600 would be my limit on something. I think i have basically got it about as far as i can go on a DD

I also wondered what really is the best o2 dump for the $? I looked at the toxifab one and it looks like some really good quality stuff.
