Injen pipes/Intercooler HELP
The real gain comes from changing the lower pipe, and injen doesn't offer any improvement from the stock pipe, I recommend any pipe that has fewer bends than stock, and if you want to change the upper one also then get one that's shorter than the oem one, you will need to get a mini battery kit or relocate to the trunk.
I run nisei pipes, I don't know if they are still in business but the pipes are really good, aluminum, and have brackets to hold them in place better. I also heard great things about ETS.

Because most aftermarket parts aren't meant to be mix matched with other, generally. I still say you should be good as long as you pick a "popular" FMIC brand. And there's nothing wrong with Injen pipes.
ETS FTW!

I ran the injen pipes for years with no issues. I did notice an increase in spool by switching to them over the stock pipes.
I ran them with an FP Red with no issues. I don't see how the stock pipes with the large braided rubber sections that expand under boost would be better.
I ran the injen pipes with a 3.5" ETS intercooler.

Just installed the ETS IX "wide" FMIC on my car which came with Injen upper and lower pipes. It took a tiny bit of finagling to get the clamps snugged up but it wasn't terrible.
Injen pipes are quite good,i was able to put down 404@wheels on a stock evo 9 turbo with an ETS 4' intercooler so i know they flow good enough, serious misinformation to say the stock ones are better or just as good,if you already have Injen i would suggest keeping them unless you're going for over 600hp @ wheels. No need to change them otherwise.
i have the UICP from injen with my injen ic but the LICP didnt fit very well and like others posted doesnt make large gains like the other popular ones out there. I picked up a muse LICP and havent looked back since than! the injen licp is a little off and kept popping off on me and so i just got fed up and picked up the muse and it had a huge (3psi) pressure drop over the injen licp(tuned) which indicates the big air flow difference
