turbo swap questions
So after 2 5 hour sessions, 1 broken bolt and some mild frustration, I finally got the stock turbo off my 8. As I'm preping the new turbo to go in I what to run some questions by evom, just to be safe:
My new turbo doesn't have nut studs on the mani or o2 side, I need replacement bolts, are there any that work from NAPA, or just oem bolts.
When putting new gaskets on the oil feed and coolants lines, do I need a new copper gaskets on both sides of the banjo nut?
Is there any prep to the manifold surfaces or turbo surfaces (parts where all the gaskets go) that should be done prior to mounting them?
My o2 looks really dirty, is there or should I clean it?
What are the torque specs for:
O2 to turbo
Turbo to mani
Mani to head
Any answers, partial or full would be greatly appreciated.
Ps sorryy if there is any typos, my phones autocorrect can be killer.

you should be able to find them at napa or some other hardware store, I have no idea what size or length you need, would help if we knew what turbo you were putting on. Or since its apart take the o2 housing and turbo in and try a few till you find the right ones. Be sure to get a high grade steel as they will be very very hot.
As for the gasket, your old ones might be ok but my general rule is that if it's cheap and there is a chance it could leak, I might as well replace them. Napa should have copper gaskets that size.
Make sure all surfaces are clean, this is kinda of obvious but you asked.
The inside of the o2 housing will be dirty, you would be too if you breathed in that much exhaust, cleaning it would be unnecessary in my mind.
o2 to turbo 43 ft/lbs
turbo to mani 38ft/lbs
mani to head 22 ft/lbs for the small ones 36 ft/lbs for the bigger two on the sides.
