STM customer service/ship times...
i just ordered from them. first time too. i know what you're saying about them taking a while, but they order from other places as well. it takes time. when you call them and they don't pick up just try again. at one point they will. you're not their only customer.
Brian or Justin would never dick anyone around. They have rightfully earned their way up past other shops in my book. If you think it's possible to update every customer and order then put the pipe down. They are busy as hell for a damn good reason.

They take long to ship the stuff out, i still cant figure out why. Their shop is like 4 hours from my house and it takes over a week to get my stuff

Really weird you didn't get an answer when you called, did you try calling back again? I live all the way in the Cayman Islands and always get through to them when I call (which is rare because I prefer AOL). Brian hooked me up with some parts while I was in Miami last week.
I had the same issue once as they were making my part and i contacted two of them on here and just sent them a message and both guys responded the same day and told me what was going on. Because i had to wait two weeks for my item they included some stuff in my shipment at no extra charge
I've ordered a lot from them, I'd say 8/10 times I get stuff in a timely manner. You also have to remember that some items they might be having drop shipped from a distributor, and they might not have the parts in stock. I ordered one of their catch can kits 3 weeks ago, emailed them after a week wondering when it was going to ship and they told me Thursday...which was a couple days away, it ended up shipping this past Friday, over a week later. It happens, I'm stuck in NJ for work for another week so its not a big deal for me.
dont think they would take your money, they are a stand up shop and i can guarantee they are super busy. you will get your parts, like i said in my above post, they just seem to ship out slow.

Send an email to sales@streettunedmotorsports.com and it will go to Brian. He always emails back within a few hours. Only during business hours. On Monday it takes a little longer since they get a bunch over the weekend. Best vendor I have ever worked with!!!
I've just ordered some swift springs shipped to Australia from STM. They did take ages to get them out to me but there was a problem with supply from Swift. As far as communication goes I thought they were pretty good. I just pm'd Justin and got a reply straight away, sometimes within minutes. The price STM offered on the springs was great compared to the other shops I contacted and if all is well with my order I'll be a happy shopper.
