Best Deal on JDM rear?

I was looking at Lancershop and they have a White JDM rear for $609. Does that sound right? It says it's oem, although I don't know if it's wicked white or weightless (I need Wicked).

If this is the case, then that is the best price I've seen so far. I just want to make sure before I buy.

You should check out driveline motoring because the bumpers come pre-painted and with all hardware for like $900 I believe. No matter where you get it from be sure to look into the demon werkz crash beam because the stock US spec one won't fit.

Or you can just modify yours to fit. When I did mine, I didn't have access to my welder, so I just ground out the factory spot welds with a dremmel tool, then took it to a local welding shop who did the job for $40

Mitsubishi-parts.net has them too..I think it comes unpainted though. They also offer the crash beam separately

What is the reasoning behind buying it from driveline? If the price is a good amount less and it's the color I need, I don't see the problem. I've heard of some people having problems with Lancershop, but I personally never have. Their price on that bumper is definitely a good chunk lower.

with shipping, the Lancershop is $805.80, and it takes 4-6 weeks for delivery. Also, it doesn't state if it comes with the tow hook cover...

Driveline is $940 shipped, is in stock, and specifically states it comes with the cover.

I got mine from speed element like 4 years ago, and I am 100% sure it was MUCH cheaper than these. Don't remember how much, but there's no way in hell I would pay $800 for the bumper cover because I am a cheap ***

I believe these were around $500-600 shipped a few years ago. I remember constantly debating if I should get one back then, and waiting for the price to go down. Boy I guess I was wrong lol, almost $1000 for a rear bumper seems excessive (you can get a nice turbo set up, decent wheels or a really good set of tires).

I believe driveline is the only place to get them in the various colours offered in 2006, as I've checked everything online and came up with nothing. If anyone else knows of other vendors feel free to post.

How many of you guys bought the demonwerkz crashbeam and how many of you modified your OEM crash beam to fit?

^ I'd rather have a modded crash beam then the demonwerkz. I was helping my friend who bought a jdm bumper and demonwerkz crash beam (both new). Let's say something is off. There wasn't much help online. As well as people being d*cks when you PM them on how they got it to work. I've installed a couple of modded crash beams with jdm bumpers. No fitment issues.
