The new bb fp red is a nasty turbo. Should get the job done for now and still give you a little room to grow later

Since you are looking for 500whp on E85, you need a turbo that can flow at least 53-55lbs/min. The smallest turbo options at that range is the FP Red and EF3.

I took a look at your mods, and the things I would add are an O2 dump and double pumper (for an added peace of mind).
