I have a evo 9 MR. But for some reason have the grills in red that anybody knows if is a factory stuff because looks that never been remove?

 

I think I've seen your car in the for sale section on these forums as I remember a black MR with red grills.

To answer your question, the previous owner did that to the car as Mitsubishi never painted colored grills on any of their cars lol. Personally I would try and paint them black again asap, as from what I can remember the red looked pretty tacky.
