My tranny grinds a bit when im stomping on it going from 3 to 4 , also it seems like the car is boosting to soon before it reaches its peak? Any suggestions

The grind is your synchro telling you it needs to be replaced and the boost issue can be a number of causes, are you running a manual boost controller? factory boost controller? aftermarket electronic boost controller?

If your on the factory controller and haven't been messing with the tune than everything should be fine, you'd really need a log to tell if its boosting 'sooner' than it should. Generally the idea is to get into boost as quickly as possible. If your still curious about it find a shop in your local area and take it there to have it looked at. They should be able to tell you if anything is wrong.

If you want help finding a shop in your local area check your regional forum for referrals or go check out road race engineering, no idea how far they are from you but they are the only reputable shop I know of in cali. not saying they are the only one just the only one I know of.
