Stm has the 8 front bumper on there website with a bunch of oem stuff I'm sure they could get the 9 bumper also check them out.

check the for sale forums on here, you might get lucky and find one your color, mind you it will take some time. when i got mine years back i was able to find an electric blue front, with all the grills and everything. the only thing was i had to drive more then 2 hours away from my location to pick it up. but it was all worth it.

If you want brand new go to the mitsu dealership and buy one.
