Help with 02 code P037 please, need to smog....

im getting CODE P037 bank 1 sensor 2 low heater curcuit. Can i fix this myself or wire in a resistor to get rid of my cel to get it to pass without taking it to my tuner? I have a after market high flow converter and 2 spacers on the bung with it installed. I need to put my stock converter on for smog maybe it will go away after with stock converter and it in the correct place?

Another issue is at one point I screwed up and had taken it out and forgot to put it in i drove down the street... heard it banging under the car and pulled over and wired it up till i got home to put it in. So i may have ****ed it up all together....

does anyone have any information on 02's? shiet!

are the sensors very sensitive to breaking?

anyone know what ohm reading they need to read for the CEL to not pop?
if so ill just make a harness to plug into the 02 harness and run a resistor.....

wish there was some people who had some real knowledge out there.
