Is it high heat resistant? Because otherwise it will crack and flake. I did the same thing to my buschur exhaust awhile back with high heat rostoleum. I think it looks fine besides Megan, rre and Perrin make stealth matte black exhausts.

Edit: oh ya it is i just checked and it stood the heat from the manifold so i think its good..

it doesn't look that bad... hey at least when your drunk your creative, most of my drunken moments include me passing out, puking in parking lots, and getting obnoxious.

thanks dude that makes me feel alot better..and i just found out the OEM works evo exhaust is matte black, guess im gona need more paint? and beer let the good times begin..

Good job imo. The first thing I did to my tanabe touring medalion exhaust was paint it flat black. I did leave the tip shinny like the stock exhaust though. I don't know why anyone wants a blinging muffler anyway...

+1 man get that stripped and professionally done if you want it to look good. I would have left it unpainted along with the trunk IMO.

Honestly it doesn't look bad but you would have to intentionally point it out for me to even notice. So I wouldn't worry about it.

Run it a few times and chances are the paint is going to come off anyway - from your muffler and heatshield.
