Help. Replacing Crushed filter from AEM

Hi,
I remeber reading in the past about AEM replacing the Kn Filter that rub against the Hood and it gets brunt-=crushed?

what did you do to get AEM to send a replacement?

i called aem and they said to fax them a copy of your receipt and they will send you a replacement. i guess it is a smaller filter, i havent got mine yet so i dont know.

I called them awhile back...faxed them in my proof of purchase and they sent me a new, smaller filter...fits great

I had to fax them a copy of my receipt also. Call and ask to speak to Robert Green. I had to argue with him for 4 months to get the new filter, but now they will give you one no problem.
