Given the OPs current and future power plans, he might consider the Exedy Dual Plate SD.

Just a thought.

I just switched from stock to an act. It's a little bit stiffer but man it just feels a lot more solid.

As much as I don't want to say it but if your just daily driving it, I would go with just an upgraded ACT ( which I totally hate) or and exedy something a step up from a stock clutch. I believe a stock clutch will handle that power easily being your not being hard on it at all, track uses, and launching it. The posts for a twin disc I kinda find unrealistic, being they are made for higher hp cars, and lets face it they cost isn't necessarely friendly. Unless your looking to make some bigger power down the road I would stay away from a twin, even though I love mine. I would go something cost efficent, upgrade the pressure plate and disc itself and go on and have fun driving your car. If you were gonna beat the living **** out of it at the track or road race, or auto x or something along those lines, then yeah I could see going to something more aggressive such as a twin.

In your case why don't you save yourself some money and buy the upgrade kit to make it a tripple? Would save yourself a bit of money and you dont have to sell the twin.

~350 tq doesn't need a twin disc.

My vote is an Exedy 05803HD clutch and MF04 flywheel (or OEM if you want to keep the inertia of the heavier flywheel), with that clutch being rated at 402 tq.

Here's my 0.02 act hdss with prolite flywheel, now to prevent clutch lockout while your trans is out have your upper and lower clutch lines replaced to ss.... Since doin that my clutch stays consistent with pedal pressure no lockout. Shifted at 8 k everyday for past 45 k with over 400 hp 350tq. So I would personally stay with a single sprung disc, twins triples etc your left foot will become the stronger one after sitting in traffic.haha

Did you remove your restrictor pill when you swapped your upper and lower lines? I'm debating on doing that when I install a new upper SS line.

why not run a twin disk for 350? I plan on pushing more power later down the road, my goal will be 500hp and at least have a clutch that can handle the power later on
