Question A few questions about some products for our Evo VIII

I have a RMR intake for my Evo and I am not sure if I want to keep it. It seems like I am losing power with it, which intake do you all think would be the way to go. I am kind of leaning towards the K&N Typhoon or just buying the K&N drop in filter which I heard is pretty good while still using the stock intake box. And my other comparison question is with rear strut tower bars. Which is better to go with Mitsubishi's factory rear strut bar or the Cusco carbon fiber strut bar. I think I am leaning towards the Mitsubishi strut bar due to its solid welds at the ends compared to the cusco one that has bolts at the ends of it. Seems that the Mitsubishi one is more stiff. Let me know what you all think.

Thanks
Michael

You don't need a tune for a simple drop in K&N. I did not lose boost, but I was Dynoflashed through the mail and mentioned I had the drop in.
