800 whp block

hey guys its that time of year again, time to rebuild the block! so this time im shopoting for a block that can hold 800 whp. so need a little advice on things needed. first off thedsmgraveyard quoted me 6k for fully built longblock that includes 5 angle port and polish and all assembled and timed in shipped to my door. so now i call my machine shop and he says give me a list of parts and im guessing should be able to do it for 4500. so im in a bind. here is my list of parts i think i would need to hold 800. please add or suggest anything else that will be needed. remeber im only talking about engine. i mostly have all bolt ons and fuel needed already thanks.
BLOCK
2.4 4g64 (already have)
reuse or buy manley crank? i have oem now
reuse or buy new wiseco hd 87mm pistons? (have manley now)
i beams or turbo tuff, cant decide on brand yet (i have h beams now)
arp rod bolts, rod bearings, main bearing, and l19 head studs
oem master gasket set w/ cometic hg
HEAD
supertech dual springs and tit retainers
cosworth 1.0 mm stainless steel valves
steel valve guides and viton valve seals
gsc stage 3 cams (have bc 272's now and have hks cam gears)
5 angle port and polish

anything else u can think of that will be needed to hold 800? any advice will be great to help make my descision on the route to go! thanks again

Did you see my post on your other thread? Just be aware of dsmgraveyard's reputation. In the dsm game their name is a joke.

The biggest bang for the buck is Buschur Racing. He has the experience with the block and the HP you are looking for.

The OEM crank sufficient but the Manley Billet is a nice piece. I like the OEM head gasket but it needs to be bored. The head is supposed to be machined for the 4G64 block. You also need a cam gear to get the timing right. Check with Nate at MAP. I'm sure he can work you up a good deal on a ready to drop in engine.
