aren't there exceptions to most of those laws if the car is past a certain age? Like over 20 or 25 years? I know there is something similar with car insurance and past 20 years old you can insure the car as a "classic". Just something I heard once, no idea if any of that is true lol

they should allow you guys in the service to bring them back. should be the least they can do since you get stationed all the way out there. almost like a permanent deployment.
