Im currently bleeding the system for my acd pump on my evo 9. I went to go and bleed it it sounds like its on but thats not it its the center console that moves up and down I can hear the whining coming from the dash while the car is in the air.

The pump does not prime does it have a fuse for it that I can check out? My acd pump stopped running altogether and I want to do whatever it takes to get it checked. Where do I start?
