yeah. us evo drives are different. we chose the evo because it is an EVO. not a 240sx.

the evo's heritage and its aggressive aero + awd + turbo is one of its kind.

im gonna leave mine on forever.

and im gonna donate to the police station of my city and get a sticker so that the cops can cut me a lil bit of slack whenever i get caught cruising a few mph faster than normal lol.

The wing on an Evo is like the one on the Supra, you have to leave it on. Some look good without, but with it they look 100x's better. The car doesn't look the same without the wing on.

 

You really think they are going to care that you donated $100?

 

I love the wing but it is an attention grabber. Having a huge yellow EVO gets attention anyway though so I don't think it will ever come off (intentionally)

 

Donation might work but its CHP you have to worry about, not your local cops unless it is a very small department / quiet city.

 

I like houston, car enthusiasts would give a thumbs up! it was a Sti owner.

I picked up my Evo just over a week ago. First day I drove it, I made a run to pick up some coffee and a bagel. Some little kid (7-8 yrs old) out front was eyeing up the car and gave me a thumbs up. I'm sure it was the wing that caught his eye. Heh. Passing on the passion to the next generation.

 

To me, the wing is part of what makes an Evo an Evo. It makes it complete.
