Huge Issue Help?

I came back from college to visit my mom not so long ago and randomly one morning my car wouldn't start. (couldn't hear the fuel pump activating when turning the key) So I take it into a guy who agrees it is the fuel pump and he takes it out and replaces it but then he thinks there is something else wrong with it because the fuel pump is getting no power to it.

He said it might be a cam sensor and if it is he is not comfortable replacing it because he doesn't have the insurance to back up his work. So I get it towed to this place that does guarantee (at this point i'm back at college so my mom is handling all this so I don't really have a say in the shop she brought it to) They charge the battery and it turns out its just a dead battery and it started fine. They recommended I do the maintenance on it now while I have the chance. Im in college anyways so I figured why not get all the belts water pump etc changed (i'm at 90k anyways) so I said sure. So they change all that I get my car back and it works for a day (according to my mom) Then I get back drive it to the gas station fill it up then when I cut it back on it revs to 2k then bogs out. If I quickly press the gas down it will hold it at 1k and keep it from dying then after letting off shoots to 4k then dies. I took it back to the guy (furious of course) he is blaming it on some computer sensor somewhere which just doesn't sound right to me on top of that when I looked into my hood the night it happened I saw a pulley bobbing up in down where the serpentine belt is. (p.s. it has never done this before so it leads me to believe that something this guy did messed my car up)

Im calling bs on this guy. I'm really worried about this so I just wanted some input could a timing belt/ balancer belt/ water pump change and some other stuff cause something like this.

It's up and down. From what I can see (it was at night with a flashlight) its in the shop right now I'm not able to get to it or I would post a video. Thanks for your input though I'll pass it on to the mechanic.

the pulley marked cs I believe

I'm thinking the belt may have slipped a pulley but I feel like the mechanic would have noticed that from even minor looking around.

You have too little knowledge of your car to even ask a good question. Hey, not everyone wants to be a gear head. So, you have two choices: 1. get a copy of the factory service manual and study or 2. spend your time searching for a trusted mechanic. If you go with the second choice and give us your location, we can probably recommend a shop.

If its the CS pulley then for bolts that hold it in may have snapped and you have like 1 holding you crankshaft pulley on.....
